From the wheat field to the baker's hands, and then on to the consumer, flour carries with it the whole process of baking. the expertise of passionate men and women. On the occasion of the world flour dayForicher - Les Moulins would like to pay tribute to the work of its dedicated millers. Behind every bag of flour, there are our millers, united by their love of their trade, who work tirelessly every day to offer bakers the very best quality products. exceptional pure floursmade from wheat grown as close as possible to our mills, certified, 100% French and inspected. These flours reflect the quintessence of milling, which our millers embody on a daily basis in our three mills in the Loiret, Haute-Saône and Paris regions.
This veritable "white gold" is sublimated by these men and women in a wide variety of forms, from oatmeal to wholemeal flour, whether it is Label Rouge or not: quality and rigour are the watchwords at Foricher - Les Moulins. Our bakery trainers and our artisan baker customers process every grain of flour, and create the top-quality breads that are then sold to consumers.
