Yvon Foricher is a qualified miller. Milling has been a family tradition for seven generations. In 1997, he founded his company, initially as a trading business, with the ambition of supplying flour exclusively to artisan bakers. Today, Yvon Foricher is supported by a team of nearly 90 employees. Having grown up between France, Tunisia and Senegal, Yvon Foricher has developed an open-minded outlook that allows him to see his profession from ever-new perspectives, always oriented towards people and the future. He constantly challenges himself, rigorously and humbly rethinking every stage of the production process, to preserve a craft that is close to his heart and admired internationally. For this uncompromising miller, consistency and excellence are the keys to success.
